Description

Vermeule: Chalcedony, with band of agate. Intaglio. (Modern silver ring setting) Bust of a youth facing to right with drapery on left shoulder. The style of the features is that of the earlier Greek Vth century, about the time of the Delphi Charioteer on the chats with Apollo. Neo-Classic.
