Right foot missing. painted red-white-black, with cat's head in relief Narrow-necked jar/bottle with a squat-globular body, cylindrical neck, rounded rim, 1 strap handle extending from the neck to the body, and a ring base/foot base. The vessel has a molded/modeled cat face protruding from the shoulder opposite the handle. The cat also has two arms in relief on the body. The vessel is painted with vertical stripes and bands of geometric design in between in red, white, and black. The cat figure is painted delineating its features in red, white, and black. There appears to be a smoothed finish on the exterior. The vessel was likely fired in an oxidizing atmosphere as the ceramic paste is orange in color.
